Bulk Upload Users (CSV)

CSV Format Instructions:

Your CSV file should have the following columns (in order):

  • clientId - Your unique Client ID (any format: letters, numbers, dash, underscore; max 50 chars) - REQUIRED
  • firstName - First name - REQUIRED
  • lastName - Last name - REQUIRED
  • email - Email address - REQUIRED
  • password - Password (optional, will be auto-generated if not provided)
  • phone - Phone number (optional)
  • business - Business name (optional)

Note: This format is specifically for uploading existing client data. All clients will be created with role 'client'.

Important: Each Client ID must be unique. Use your own ID format (e.g. YOUR-ID-001, ABC123).
